The Problem That Started It All
Back in 2007, Ryuji Hattori had tried everything. Regular pillows, expensive memory foam, buckwheat hulls - nothing helped his chronic neck pain and headaches. Sound familiar?
That's when he discovered something unusual at a home improvement store. Tiny 0.5mm microbeads that felt different from anything he'd experienced.

A Company Born from Necessity
Instead of settling for "good enough," Hattori decided to create the pillow he desperately needed. In November 2007, he founded Beach Corporation in Akita Prefecture, a region known for its pristine natural environment and traditional craftsmanship.
His mission was simple but revolutionary - make pillows that adapt to people, not the other way around.

Why "King's Dream Pillow"
The name carries a beautiful philosophy. "Sleep comes to everyone," Hattori explained. "When you rest, you should feel like royalty. This pillow should give you the best dreams possible."

Originally square-shaped, the pillow evolved into its current rectangular design after feedback from bedding store owners. This change created better support during sleep movement.

Made in Japan's Natural Paradise
Today, every King's Dream Pillow is crafted in Akita's pristine mountain environment. The Shirakami Factory, surrounded by some of Japan's cleanest air, represents 20 years of specialized bead technology expertise.

This isn't just another pillow company. It's a solution born from real human need, perfected by Japanese attention to detail.
