Based on techniques dating back to the Muromachi period, the colors and shapes of the parts used in gold lanterns have been reconstructed. It is a mobile that moves gracefully with the natural wind or with human footsteps. When illuminated, you can also enjoy planet-like shadows. The washi paper parts are handmade by a craftsman known as a "lantern maker" throughout the entire process.
