AIRPAQ is a sustainable bag brand founded in Germany in 2017. We make products by reusing (upcycling) car waste materials such as airbags and seatbelts that would otherwise be discarded.
Airbags and seatbelts are installed in cars and meet various safety standards to protect people's lives. Fortunately, many of them do not function and are discarded in large quantities every day. Instead of disposing of this lightweight and durable material, we upcycle it into bags to reduce waste, create new value, and contribute to a sustainable society.
This large backpack is made from upcycled car airbag and seatbelt scraps. The standard item backpack has been made larger and has more capacity. You can also use it for traveling by storing a lot of luggage.
