There is no warranty period.
Only initial defects will be replaced free of charge. (Only unused items will be replaced within one week of arrival.)
Although the bag has capacity, it is not designed to hold heavy items. If you fill the bag with something too heavy, it will put a load on the bag itself and it will not last long.
If the bag is very heavy, please carry it by hand.
